Banana Chocolate Chip Marijuana Pancakes

Time: 20 minutes, Yield: 6-8 pancakes


  • 2 tbsp cannabutter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar*
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 bananas**, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips


* You can use granulated sugar instead.

** Use very ripe bananas that are almost brown. They are easier to smash and make pancakes sweeter!

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle to high heat, or 350 degrees.  Spray with non-stick spray or coat with butter. 
  2. In a large bowl sift together the dry ingredients; flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Mix in egg, milk, cannabutter and vanilla until well blended and smooth.
  4. Add banana mixture to dry mixture and stir until just combined. Don’t over-mix the batter! Mix in chocolate chips. 
  5. Spray the griddle or pan with non-stick spray or coat with butter.
  6. Drop about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface. Cook until small bubbles form over the top of the pancake batter, flip.  Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until light golden brown.
  7. Serve with maple syrup or with fresh fruits.


Blueberry Weed Muffins

Time: 45 minutes, Yield: 12 muffins


  • 1/2 cup cannabutter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries*


* If you use frozen blueberries, do not thaw them.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray or use cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another large bowl, beat the cannabutter and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Add the dry ingredients and milk into the bowl and beat until combined. Do not overmix. Fold in the blueberries.
  6. Scoop the batter into liners, filling them all the way to the top. Sprinkle a little sugar on top of each muffin.
  7. Bake for 5 minutes at 425 °F then, reduce to 350°F. Bake for an additional 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack to continue cooling.

Muffins stay fresh in an airtight container or sealable plastic bag at room temperature for a few days or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.


Marijuana French Toast

Time: 20 minutes, Yield: 2 servings


  • 1 tbsp cannabutter, plus extra for serving
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk*
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 4 thick sliced bread**


* You can substitute any type of milk including heavy cream, almond milk, and even coconut milk.

** Use brioche bread to upgrade your french toast!

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Beat together egg, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a shallow dish with a whisk. Stir in milk.
  2. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides evenly.
  3. Melt the cannabutter on a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook bread slices until golden brown on both sides. Serve with extra cannabutter, maple syrup, and fresh fruit.
