Highly recommended. I decided to take a small dose of 2.5 grams just to see what they would do. I waited 45 minutes, nothing, then an hour and I started to think that I need to take more. I didn’t and about another 20 minutes later they started kicking in. And then it kept building and building and about 3 hours in colours came to life, backgrounds started melding, and incredible trip that lasted a good 6 hours. Make sure you are in surroundings you are familiar with, these shrooms are heavy hitters and a very fun ride for the seasoned vets. If you’ve never done mushrooms, I would take a very small amount.
