This is my top relaxation strain. You can have a little and do yoga. Have a little more and sit and enjoy nature. Really clears the mind. Do drink water and have some light snacks nearby.

The effects were noticeable a few minutes after the first hit. After 15 minutes or so I could feel a very relaxing body buzz, but I also felt very happy and content. So far, so good. I am eager to try this as a nightcap and see how I sleep.
