For me this is the perfect pre-hike strain. It makes you just stoned enough to get lost in and appreciate your surroundings, but still be completely functional. 

Zero paranoia, instead it makes me talkative and confident. Best of both worlds when it comes to energy also. A little energy boost to get things done, but also calms you.
