    I didn't know how many licks were needed in order for me to reach a comfortable high LOL but I definitely over estimated it. I didn't take the whole thing but it tastes so good that I licked too much and I tripped out so badly. This is definitely meant for someone super experienced. Not for beginners! Overall, they taste great and if taken wisely, this is a great time.
