I absolutely love these patches. They're pretty big, so I cut my patch in half so I could wear it on my knees. By cutting it, I can put it directly in my sore spot and not waste any wounds.

It's a really good product, it tastes great actually it's incredibly delicious! It does help with providing the support of stress relief and the omega 3-6-9. Good stuff.

Absolutely delicious, a good method of ingestion for an amazing medicine. I split the bar with two others, and each of us had a very pleasant experience. This method of ingestion seems to have a quicker on set than raw or dried, so be forewarned.
