    This is by far the best I’ve tried for my pain and anxiety I have from PTSD I absolutely hate pharma pills. No pill can bring this much calmness and feeling wonderful and light.

    This will definitely allow for a good night's sleep. Fairly good sedative properties that allow for some great night time relaxation. Definitely gives you the munchies.
