Starts with the head and goes down to your body of deep relaxation. Very relaxing on the lungs and the high is pretty strong and it gets me to where I need to be.

Great for day time use. Cleaned the house up and mowed the lawn. Energy kept up at a decent level for the afternoon. No crashing burn out at the end, though pain came back threefold since I got so much done.
