    I get extremely severe cramps during that time of the month so I was on the fence about trying this product seeing as I’ve tried so many things that didn’t work, and let me just say I’m SO glad that I gave this a go! It did not disappoint, I rub a pea sized amount on my lower abdomen and it definitely helps relieve my cramps!!! I reapply as needed throughout the day but it will last be a while because a little bit goes a long way. Highly recommend trying it out if you have menstrual pain!
