    Had my first trip on these 5g, 1.5g into tea and ate the rest. After drinking the tea an hour passed I felt nothing so I ate a gram, and did this every 20 minutes until it hit me, and damn I thought I was getting hit in waves but it really helped me with my depression and I fell like my minds been reset, if your struggling with depression I recommend these but use caution if your new like me
