Hashish, hash for short, is derived from the âkief,â or the dried resin, of the flowering tops of mature and unpollinated female cannabis plants. The resin glands are called trichomes or crystals. Hash is harvested by collecting the powdery resin either by hand, by mechanical beating of the plants, or by submersing cannabis plants in icy water and then using small sieves to remove the trichomes, which are then dried (this type of hashish is called âbubble hashâ). This is pressed kief,not hash. If you’re going to buy a Ketama hash get the Afghani one,it tastes great & you get a really nice hash buzz from it. This stuff falls apart if you shake it in the jar. I put a gram wrapped in saran wrap in my shoe & walked around for 6 hrs with it & it helped quiet a bit with texture but smell & high just isn’t there,not much taste either. I’ll be getting the Ketama Afghani again but not this.
